Shipping Information

Doctor's Data provides prepaid shipping from the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom. A mailer is included with each test collection kit. If you or your patient opts to upgrade the shipping method or add insurance, these additional charges will be billed to you.

If you are shipping from another country, you must make your own shipping arrangements at your own expense. To ensure efficient test processing and to avoid shipping costs, please follow the steps below.

Within the US

  • Ship specimens Monday through Friday. If you complete the collection on the weekend, hold the specimen until the following Monday to ship.
  • Place the cardboard kit box containing the specimens and the completed test requisition form into the FedEx Clinical Pak.
  • Write your name and address in the space provided on the prepaid Billable Stamp and tear off the Customer Receipt for your records.
  • To schedule a pickup, call FedEx toll-free at 1-800-463-3339 (1-800-GO FEDEX). When you hear the automated greeting, say "Schedule a Pick-up." At the next prompt, say "Schedule a Pick-up with a Lablel or Stamp." You will then be asked if the word "Stamp" is written on the waybill; reply "Yes". You will then be prompted for your address information.
  • Do not use a drop box. FedEx will not accept diagnostic specimens placed into a drop box.

From Canada

  • Ship specimens Monday through Friday. If you complete the collection on the weekend, hold the specimen until the following Monday to ship.
  • Place the cardboard kit box containing the specimens and the completed test requisition form into the DHL Lab Pack.
  • Write your name and address in the space provided on the Air Waybill and sign at the bottom. Under section #8, Products & Services on the waybill, check the boxes "International Non-Document" and "Express/Worldwide." Tear off the shipper copy for your records. Fill out the shaded areas of the commercial invoice and sign it at the bottom. Put the waybill and the commercial invoice in the adhesive pouch and affix to the Lab Pack in the space provided.
  • Call DHL at 1-855-345-7447 and request a pickup for a shipment using Import Express and give your address, or you may use a DHL drop-off facility.  When calling, press "1" or English or "2" for French. Press "1" to book a pickup, then press "0" twice to speak with a live DHL representative. Our customer service staff can provide you with an account number to use. From Australia

  • Ship specimens Monday through Friday. If you complete the collection on the weekend, hold the specimen until the following Monday to ship.

From Ireland and the UK

  • Ship specimens Monday through Friday. If you complete the collection on the weekend, hold the specimen until the following Monday to ship.
