Q: I am a provider and have questions about results I received on my patient. Can you help?
A: Yes, we have clinicians available to discuss your patient's results. Please contact Customer Service with your account information and lab ID you wish to discuss so they may put you in touch with Clinical Support.

Q: What insurance companies do you work with?
A: We are out-of-network with all insurance companies and cannot guarantee coverage. We will be happy to bill your insurance for you as a courtesy, and you will be responsible for any amount of our list price that is not covered. We recommend that you contact your insurance company to verify your out-of-network benefits.

Q: How long does it take to receive results?
A: Turnaround times will vary depending on what test has been ordered by the physician. Please check the specific test ordered for estimated turnaround time.

Q: Do you wash hair samples prior to testing?
A: All hair samples are washed using a procedure developed by the International Atomic Energy Agency (www.IAEA.org). Washing the samples ensures that all external contaminants have been removed and we are reporting to the doctor only what has been excreted into the hair.
